We are delighted to announce the arrival of The Little Dog Laughed range of humorous cards to the Comedy Card Company.
The Little Dog Laughed range features beautiful illustrations of dogs and cats by talented artist Anna Danielle which are combined with humorous captions to great effect. Anna is the founder of the company and the artist / designer while her two brothers help to run the company to so it's very much a family affair. They are based in Derbyshire and have been in business for over two decades, delighting customers with their heart-warming cards and gifts.
In case you are wondering, the little dog laughed name comes from the line in the Hey Diddle Diddle nursery rhyme: “the little dog laughed to see such fun”.
Anna primarily works with watercolour and pen and gets much of her inspiration from the photos and anecdotes loyal Little Dog followers send to her via email or her Facebook page. Her dog cards make up the bulk of her sales but the cat ones are also not to be missed!
