Orders are processed within 24 hours and are posted by Royal Mail First Class. As such, UK card orders should arrive within two working days (although this cannot be guaranteed - Royal Mail claim that 93% of First Class mail arrives next working day). You will receive an email confirming dispatch of your order. Click here for information on European and Worldwide delivery.
We offer FREE POSTAGE when you buy any two or more cards (UK only). Otherwise postage is 99p for a single card. Postage to European countries is charged at a flat rate of £1.95 per order and postage to USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand is charged at £2.95 per order (Royal Mail Airmail). Please contact us for deliveries to other countries.
This website is highly secure. Sensitive data is encrypted and secure. Our web site is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 128 bit SSL certificates (as used by large banks) to keep sensitive data secure. Payments are handled by Shopify Payments, we have no access to credit card details.
For your convenience, our website allows you to view prices in multiple currencies. Please note that the payment will be taken in BRITISH POUNDS, however. The exchange rates are refreshed twice a day and are taken from www.xe.com.
We shall not disclose any personal information to any third party. Any information provided by you will be used solely for the purpose of operating the website and providing the services and products to you.
Personal message inside cards
We reserve the right to refuse to send a card to a recipient with what we deem to be an abusive message.
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase(s). However if you change your mind, you can return any unwanted card(s) to us within 14 days of purchase, undamaged and in the original cellophane wrapper (if appropriate), for a full refund.
You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund.
In the unlikely event that your cards arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We usually ask that the damaged card(s) are returned to us so that we can claim compensation from Royal Mail. We will offer a replacement card(s) or a full refund.
