Orders are processed within 24 hours and are posted by Royal Mail First Class. You will receive an email confirming dispatch of your order. CORONAVIRUS UPDATE - Royal Mail is not as reliable at the moment, with Covid-related delays. PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR DELIVERY - please allow 3 to 5 working days.

Shipping costs

We offer FREE POSTAGE when you buy any FIVE or more cards (UK only). Otherwise postage and packing is £1.29 for orders of one to four cards

We have tentatively restarted offering AIRMAIL (International Standard) delivery again. We had stopped during the peak of the pandemic due to delays. We can send via Airmail to Ireland, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Gibraltar and Switzerland. Typically this takes TWO WEEKS to arrive. Please allow for extra DELAYS due to the pandemic though. **EUROPE - please be aware of local customs duties and taxes potentially being applied prior to delivery.** (see below)

We believe that there is no import duty or local tax to pay on orders below $800 US dollars on USA orders or $1000 AUS/NZ dollars for Australian or New Zealand orders.

Europe: Sadly, since Brexit, customs duty and local taxes are being applied to goods sent from the UK. We believe that there is a new system starting in July 2021 which might enable us to pay the duty / taxes on a customer's behalf to avoid any unexpected fees on delivery.


This website is highly secure. Every single page on our website is encrypted and secure, not just our checkout pages. You will see that each page starts with 'https://'. Our web site is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 128 bit SSL certificates (as used by large banks) to keep sensitive data secure. Payments are handled by Shopify Payments, we have no access to credit card details.


For your convenience, our website allows you to view prices in multiple currencies. Please note that the payment will be taken in BRITISH POUNDS, however. The exchange rates are refreshed twice a day and are taken from www.xe.com.


We take your privacy seriously. Any information provided by you will be used solely for the purpose of operating the website and providing the services and products to you. We fully embrace the new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) law. We will only ever send you marketing emails if you have specifically opted in to receive such marketing. 


We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase(s). However if you change your mind, you can return any unwanted card(s) to us within 14 days of purchase, undamaged and in the original cellophane wrapper (if appropriate), for a full refund.


You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your cards arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We usually ask that the damaged card(s) are returned to us so that we can claim compensation from Royal Mail. We will offer a replacement card(s) or a full refund.
