Delivery Information

UK Orders : We charge £1.99 for first class post and packing for orders of 1 to 2 cards and £2.99 for orders of 3 to 9 cards. (This is less than our actual cost.)  For orders of 10 cards or more, delivery is FREE! Typical delivery time for Royal Mail first class is 1 - 3 working days. 

We process our orders quickly - usually same day, at worst the next working day. 

Orders of one or two cards are packaged in high quality cardboard backed envelopes whilst larger orders are dispatched in all-cardboard envelopes or cardboard box wraps, to ensure that your cards arrive in excellent condition.

 

Channel Islands: We send as per regular UK Mail.

Beyond the UK :
We now send all overseas orders using their TRACKED service as this appears to be a much better service than standard Airmail - it is a prioritised service both within the UK and overseas (but it is more expensive!).

USA update: We pay the 10% US tariff as part of the postage so there are no extra fees / delays for our American customers.

USA / Australia / New Zealand / Canada, etc : We post by TRACKED Airmail ('International Standard'). Typically this takes TWO WEEKS to arrive. 

****Europe within EU : We are very sorry to report that, due to changes in EU customs rules from July 2026, we have had to suspend sales to the EU. New duty fees of $3 per item sadly makes the sale of products of low monetary value (such as greeting cards) to the EU unviable as far as we can see. ****

Europe outwith EU: We post by TRACKED Airmail ('International Standard') which should mean delivery in approximately one week but please ALLOW TWO WEEKS. Please be aware of potential local taxes / duties being charged.

We charge a flat fee of £9.95 for International Tracked.
