New funny cards for Christmas 2023

Christmas is coming! After the Covid years, we can now all get together and enjoy time together with friends and family. However with two wars to worry about, high inflation and the cost of living affecting our daily lives, it's still not quite the strongest foundation for 'the most wonderful time of the year'. All the more important then (although we are clearly biased!) to send your loved one a funny card to make them smile (or maybe laugh out loud) in these difficult times. What a wonderful thing to send through the post!

When should you send these cards?

It's never too early to start spreading Christmas cheer! Thankfully, after the misery of the postal strikes of last year, we expect a near normal postal service this year. This is after a couple of years of Christmas post being affected by Covid too, so we are really hoping for good card season this year. Many greeting card publishers and retailers have their fingers tightly crossed!

Jamie Charteris and his 'Santa & Co' range has been a mainstay for funny Christmas cards for many years. I believe he had pretty much retired but the publisher had persuaded him to create a few more cartoons. We are thankful for that! Here is one of his new ones:
